    Sales Representative – Kansas City HQ

     

    Join Ultimate Construction Staffing, a leading firm operating in 46+ states, as a Sales Representative based out of our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll be assigned three major cities to develop markets, meet subcontractors, and convert leads into clients. Travel to each city twice a month for 2–3 days to build relationships and grow business.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

    + $50K base; $80K–$100K OTE in year one; $120K+ in year two

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead generation

    + Expand current client base and manage contractor relationships

    + Conduct market analysis and job site visits

    + Attend networking events and maintain CRM records

    + Report on account status and identify growth opportunities

    Requirements:

    + Competitive, sports-minded attitude

    + Strong communication and presentation skills

    + Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
