RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB SUMMARY:
• Performs preliminary general review and prep of contract documents and drafts.
• Provides administrative support and facilitates contract processing activities in the Contract Services department of The Queen’s Health Systems (QHS), in accordance with established policies and procedures.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
A. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Finger dexterity. Seeing. Hearing. Speaking.
B. MANUAL MATERIAL HANDLING:

• Infrequent: N/A
• Occasional: Stand. Walk. Stoop/Bend. Climb: Stairs/Ladder.

• Constant: Sit. Gripping.
III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance or related field; or four (4) years business administrative or clerical office experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
• Bachelor's degree business, finance, law, or related field preferred.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• No certification and/or licensure requirement.
C. EXPERIENCE:
• In addition to the educational requirement, three (3) years administrative office or healthcare experience, preferably in a comparable organization.
• Experience to demonstrate the following:
o Knowledge of fundamental financial and accounting principles.
o Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external personnel at various levels.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
