    BAE Systems is looking for a Training and Talent Coordinator to work in their fast paced manufacturing environment at their South Nashua, New Hampshire facility. Responsibilities for this role may include:

     

    + Working closely with the manufacturing leaders as well as local schools, providing point of contract service for existing training programs at local schools and Community Colleges.

    + Performing and coordinating on boarding training for newly hired manufacturing employees

    + Leading the Microwave training area with direct reports and establishing practices to ensure smooth transitions to the factory floor.

    + Coordination of intra-factory labor transitions as required.

    + Engaging directly with Community College leadership to ensure student flow into the training programs is adequate for BAE Systems' requirements

    + Providing input on new and developing training programs

    + Ensuring the Microwave Training area is adequately staffed with qualified trainers

    + Implementing continuous improvement methodologies to ensure company recruiting, onboarding and training practices continually evolve.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Bachelors degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent years of experience

    + Previous roles of direct contribution within a manufacturing environment

    + Direct manufacturing supervisory experience

    + Ability to attain a secret level clearance

    + Experience with hiring manufacturing personnel

    + Familiarity with training and on-boarding best practices

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization

    + Sound interpersonal skills to successfully interface with company and community college personnel at all levels

    + History of successful management of factory training programs

    + Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
