Job Description
The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for conducting outreach to pharmacies participating in the client's pharmacy networks and ensuring the information provided during outbound communications is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. This position is responsible for managing extension requests for the claims processing time frame and triaging inquires received in the Pharmacy Network Management email box. You will be responsible for the following: Conduct pharmacy outreach to support regulatory, client commitments and other initiatives as assigned by Network Management leadership • Maintain accurate records regarding the results of pharmacy outreach in support of reporting for internal and external stakeholders • Assist with outbound calls to pharmacies to address and resolve issues or create awareness of new clients, networks, or regulatory requirements • Update and manage requests to update the transaction control table in order extend the timely filing • Assign and escalate inquiries received through the Pharmacy Network Management email box

Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
-Prior experience working in an outbound call environment
- Superb customer service skills
- Great communication
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Driven, motivated and organized
-Strong ability to multitask
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-Must be able to work on weekends when needed (based on business needs and work volume) - Prior PBM experience
- Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Prescription drug knowledge
- Health care experience
- Phone support and experience with high outbound call volume
