Job Description

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations using SQL and advanced querying techniques across databases like Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, present data findings to support strategic decision-making.

Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance data analysis capabilities and leverage machine learning models for predictive analytics.

Lead and mentor junior data analysts, fostering continuous learning, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Maintain CI/CD DevOps processes using tools like GitHub and Jenkins

Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data-related issues and innovate new analytical methods, staying updated with industry trends.

Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of data projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience as data Analyst.

Experience with SQL, queries, stored procedures, views and functions.

Experience with BI Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI.

Experience in Databases like Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase.

Ability to learn and use AI tools effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge in AWS cloud services like Glue, Lambda, MSK (Kafka), S3, Step functions, RDS, EKS.

Understanding of Data pipelines, ETL processes, CI/CD DevOps process and tools like GitHub, Jenkins.

Knowledge of Data modeling, Warehousing concepts and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
