Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Care Everywhere Analyst, III to their team. This role is critical in driving interoperability, managing integrations, and ensuring best practices across the Epic environment. Responsibilities include managing patient unlink requests, updating external directories, and adjusting provider and location sharing settings to ensure accurate data exchange. They will configure and onboard new offices throughout the year, support discrete lab data sharing through expert lab mapping, and serve as the primary technical resource for Care Everywhere, hosting weekly office hours and troubleshooting issues with Epic Technical Support. Additionally, they will oversee biannual Epic upgrades, evaluate new Care Everywhere features, and document system changes. This role also requires adapting workflows to comply with evolving state-specific privacy regulations and building customized privacy settings to maintain regulatory compliance. The work ensures seamless data sharing, system integrity, and adherence to privacy standards across the organization. This is a 3–6-month contract to hire and remote opportunity for candidates living in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

Skills and Requirements
Epic Care Everywhere Certification (current)
2-5 years as an Epic Analyst
Recent experience focused on elevating Care Everywhere to best-practice standards.
Excellent communication and organization skills Community Connect experience, especially with Care Everywhere Referral Management (CERM) for primary care and dental.
Additional Epic certifications (Ambulatory preferred)
Strong background in healthcare IT project management
