Data Analyst II
Salary Range: $74,000 – $90,000 + $6,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a skilled and strategic Data Analyst II to lead advanced analytics initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement complex data models, dashboards, and reports
+ Define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality assurance
+ Mentor junior analysts and foster team development
+ Collaborate with IS, finance, clinical, and operations teams to improve data infrastructure
+ Translate business needs into analytical solutions and insights
+ Automate and optimize data workflows and reporting processes
+ Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
+ Contribute to strategic planning and analytics roadmaps
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics)
+ 2–5 years of experience in data analysis
+ Intermediate proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Understanding of healthcare regulations and data security preferred
+ Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally
+ Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Fluency in English required
