    As a **Production Operator** you will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing production functions in the PSA, Die Cutting, Silicone and Epoxy forming.

     

    Starting Salary $21.00/hr. plus $2.00 shift premium

     

    Training for the position may take place during 1st shift hours (6:30AM - 3:00PM) for approx. 1 - 3 weeks.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION ​

    Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:​

    + Assemble parts according to blueprints meeting quality and quantity objectives.

    + Complete necessary paperwork online as needed.

    + Quality check parts in the assigned process.

    + Operate equipment in the Production areas.

    + Know daily goals and targets to meet.

    + Read work orders, follow engineering drawings and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties.

    + Rotation to all departmental jobs with this job classification.

    + Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

    + Perform necessary task in the company’s computer data entry system (QAD)

    + Maintain organized and clean Production area.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS​

    Requirements:​

    + High school Diploma/GED (required)

    + Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred

    + Second shift 2:00PM - 10:00PM (required) overtime as needed by the business.

    In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation:

    + Must have good or corrected eyesight to ensure quality of work.

    + Ability to work with a variety of glues, solvents, and chemicals.

    + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs on an occasional basis.

    + Ability to read and comprehend simple work instructions, engineering drawings and company policies.

    + Ability to perform simple math problems such as addition and subtraction of 2-3 digit numbers.

    + Attention to detail.
