    Position Description:

    Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

    Major/Essential Functions:

    + Manage parking enforcement operations and supervise parking attendants

    + Reconcile parking citation payments received in office or via Touchnet to Cognos reports

    + Review and address parking appeals submitted through the department's functional email or parking system

    + Maintain records for overdue citations, payment arrangements and vehicle impoundments

    + Provide secondary support to the parking coordinator, assisting with parking registrations and payment collection

    + Assist with cash handling duties to include daily submissions of cash receipts on monies collected

    + Offer telephone support for the department and respond to inquiries via functional email

    + Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position

    + Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.)

    + Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution

    + Perform all other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office software, thorough knowledge of federal and state policies and procedures which related to work preformed and workplace safety knowledgeable

    + Employee must possess good organizational and customer service skills to communicate effectively in person, by email or phone

    + Able to work flexible schedule due to campus events

    + Supervisory experience and cash handling experience preferred

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years

    + Employee will need to have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance through duration of employment.

    + Employee will need to undergo a background check for a driver approval request in order to operate state vehicles/golf carts.
