+ You will provide critical headcount reporting and analysis, influencing strategic decisions across our diverse global enterprise.
+ This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of workforce analytics using big data and AI tools, improving processes and delivering deeper data insights to drive the business and optimize costs globally.
+ You will serve as a key finance business partner for HR headcount reporting, ensuring data integrity and strategic workforce planning.
What you'll do...
+ Global Reporting & Analysis:
+ Consolidate, analyze, and publish comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount reports for global stakeholders, integrating data from diverse geographic regions and business segments.
+ Strategic Financial Reporting:
+ Consolidate actual hourly and salary headcount data for 10K earnings reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance for global financial disclosures.
+ Data Governance:
+ Maintain and optimize headcount data reporting hierarchies to match evolving organizational structures and requirements across all global legal entities.
+ Process Transformation:
+ Partner with HR and IT to drive process and structural changes in headcount reporting tools. Lead initiatives leveraging big data and AI to enhance reporting accuracy, automate processes, and provide predictive insights into global workforce trends.
+ Business Partnering:
+ Coordinate with management on headcount authority changes, providing financial insights and analysis to support global workforce decisions and strategic objectives.
+ Ad-Hoc Analysis:
+ Conduct timely, impactful ad-hoc personnel-related financial analyses, often involving multi-country data sets.
+ Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Communicate complex financial information and insights effectively to diverse global audiences, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
+ Proven ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring data integrity and timely deliverables.
+ High degree of autonomy and accountability for managing multiple projects and assignments.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, explaining complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
+ Understanding of data warehouse and query concepts.
Even better, you may have...
+ Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
+ Experience with global financial reporting or large-scale workforce planning data consolidation.
+ Knowledge of and ability to learn large data tools such as Power Query and Power BI.
+ Experience with Oracle HCM and SAP S/4HANA.
+ Experience in process optimization or project management
+ Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies.
