Responsibilities:

+ Experienced commercial service plumber with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

+ Mandatory clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR. No more than 2 points within the last 5 years. Points are a combination of major/minor infractions.

+ No major infractions (DUI, vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, etc.)

+ Typically two points or less for minor infractions (1-14 mph over the limit speeding, accidents, failure to obey signage)

+ Knowledge of sump pumps, grease traps, grease interceptors, and automatic flush valves.

+ Must have own standard/basic hand and power tools.

+ Willing to embrace and perform all aspects of the plumbing trade, including service, new construction, remodels, cabling drains, camera location, and digging.

+ Familiar with troubleshooting commercial water heaters.

+ Knowledge of soldering and ProPress.

+ Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday (2nd shift) or Sunday-Thursday (3rd shift).

+ Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Qualifications:

+ E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S

+ Minimum 18 years of age

+ Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial sites preferred

+ In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area

+ Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems

+ Have all the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site

+ California Journey Level License and/other certifications are a plus

+ Commercial plumbing experience (grocery store experience is a plus)

+ ACORN trained

+ Trained in hydro jetting
