    Title:

    COMSEC Key Management Operator

    In this SETA role, you will use your expertise to maintain COMSEC in a Communications Directorate. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working hand-in-hand with your Government customer, you have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else.

    Work Environment:

    + Location: On-site

    + Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

    + Working Hours: Standard/Flexible

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain KMI operations and distribution suite

    + Support the ordering, distribution, control, and accountability of cryptographic keying material

    + Archive historical documents

    + Update systems and databases with pertinent information

    + Execute work orders for COMSEC keying material

    + Assist with COMSEC account management

    + Upload audit trails as requested by field users

    + Participate, as requested, in groups looking at future key management architectures

    + Advise customer on COMSEC policy

    Required Qualifications:

    + Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

    + Experience: 5 years COMSEC experience

    + KMI: Key management experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience: COMSEC Officer experience

    + DoD: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience

    + Education: AA or BS in related field
