    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to job sites.

    + Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

    + Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service.

    + Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required documentation.

    + Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational policies.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Valid CDL and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.

    + Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

    + Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment

    What We Offer

    + $26.93 to $28.93 per hour
