As a Senior Program Administrator, you will research, develop, administer and evaluate programs/projects in response to the identified needs of the division and be responsible for developing strategies to drive enterprise initiatives and budget management in conjunction with senior medical and administrative leaders.
A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, and Nevada, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Act as the primary liaison for complex initiatives and organizational impact for the Division.
+ Develop the strategy for project execution.
+ Set and drive goals and timelines as they relate to initiatives.
+ Create an effective plan to meet objectives.
+ Provide clarity around objectives, including metrics, baselines, and targets.
+ Communicate plans and status to stakeholders, including team, sponsors, and executive leadership.
+ Ensure approved projects are within scope and on time.
+ Drive accountability around commitments across project teams.
+ Take responsibility for budget requirements, including scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
+ Ensure results can be incorporated into daily business practices.
+ Create systems and processes to measure results over time.
+ Research, perform analysis, compile data, and advise Division leadership relative to long- or short-term strategies.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or related field.
+ Ten years of relevant experience with at least three years of experience in managing large projects.
+ Leadership experience over complex projects or a team of professionals.
+ Experience planning and implementing systems and procedures.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree.
+ Healthcare background.
+ Experience in SW development environment.
Physical Requirements:
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a personal computer and other office and laboratory equipment.
+ Must be able to sit for one hour or more.
+ Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $118,960.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $190,360.00
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
