Job Summary
Chemical Plant Operations Manager ensures the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, & Cost) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production of Electrical Safety Sleeves and other related processes in a team-based chemical manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning, quality management systems, manufacturing, process engineering, materials management, equipment uptime and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Ensures a safe work environment for all employees.
+ Own SQDIC and financials.
+ Talent Management - Develop a capable team of ISC leaders.
+ People management and resource planning.
+ Production plan execution.
+ Drive Lean Manufacturing/5S activities.
+ Reduction in downtime occurrences.
+ AOP and Capital planning.
+ Coordinate with other departments to meet quality and production goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Manufacturing Experience.
+ 2 or more years of experience.
+ Experience with the Microsoft suite of products. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Experience in the manufacturing industry and PSM experience.
+ Solid Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methodology.
WE VALUE

+ Experience with SAP.
