    SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for acquiring knowledge of Epic Home Health clinical software, working independently in completing project tasks and executing all tasks as part of a clinical systems implementation. This position is responsible for building system components, testing, documentation of workflows and other project information, implementation support and maintenance of Epic Home Health clinical system software. This position requires knowledge of processes and workflows common in Home Health clinical settings and the ability to independently interact with staff to discuss current and future workflow processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or clinical related field or equivalent work experience.

    • 3 – 5 years' experience in the healthcare field in a hospital or medical center home health clinical setting with experience desired in the building, implementing, and supporting clinical application systems.

     

    Excellent analysis, problem solving, trouble-shooting and customer service skills.
