**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant ll

Job Summary
Coordinates the day-to-day administrative operations of the department and provides administrative support for senior
management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Composes and edits written material.
+ Drafts letters, agendas, minutes, policies and various correspondence.
+ Edits for spelling, grammar and punctuation.
+ Assures documents are formatted and have a professional presentation
+ Provides administrative support for projects and initiatives.
+ Researches and identifies next steps.
+ Ensures project is completed and summarized as appropriate.
+ Recommends policy and procedure development and revisions.
Qualifications
+ High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months - years): post high school education in office management
+ 3-4 years of relatable experience
+ Requires the ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, staff and physicians while performing their job duties.
