Job Summary and Responsibilities
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Clinical Pharmacist** to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care by providing comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, and ensuring safe and effective medication management. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and guiding pharmacy staff, students, and residents.
+ Interpret and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
+ Document clinical activities, interventions, and patient education according to policy.
+ Provide timely dispensing of medications and verify medications prepared by pharmacy personnel.
+ Communicate and consult with providers and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
+ Counsel patients and provide accurate, accessible drug information.
Job Requirements
Active State Pharmacist License in good standing AND American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay Range
$49.54 - $73.70 /hour
