Our client, a leader in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator to join their team. As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.
**Job Title:** Textile Machine Operator
**Location:** Marion, NC
Pay Range: $17.05 - $18.55
Shift: 2nd shift
What's the Job?
+ Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
+ Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
What's Needed?
+ Previous experience operating textile machinery is preferred
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
+ Good communication and teamwork skills
