Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Network Engineer/Technical Support

**Location:** Longmont, Colorado (Onsite)

**Pay Range:** $45

What's the Job?

+ Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services, including resolving queries from labs and end-user teams.

+ Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagrams.

+ Keep an accurate inventory of network devices and ensure their proper functioning.

+ Monitor network performance, system availability, and reliability to ensure optimal operation.

+ Install and configure network hardware such as Wireless Access Points, switches, phones, and routers across various sites, labs, and data centers.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with network hardware installation and configuration.

+ Ability to maintain detailed schematic diagrams and inventory records.

+ Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Knowledge of network performance monitoring tools and techniques.
