All these terms make up our **Office Assistant (Part-Time).** Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to assess the general upkeep and organization of the office space. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors.
This job offers you:
+ **Business hours:** Flexible scheduling based on office needs and events
+ **Onsite/Part-Time:** The position involves onsite visits 1–2 times per week for a few hours, with occasional support for events and contractor coordination in the Fort Lauderdale, FL and Nashville, TN offices
+ **Competitive wage - $24.00**

Minimum Skills and Competencies:
+ Bring your high school diploma or GED equivalent. Have 1 - 2 years of customer service, or office administration/clerical preferred.
+ High level of discretion and professionalism.
+ Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
You are expected to:
+ Ensure the office maintains a clean, organized, and professional atmosphere
+ Stock coffee and snack supplies
+ Tidy the kitchen area and common spaces
+ Ensure the office condition checks are made
+ Report on any maintenance issues or concerns
+ Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces
+ Inspect and reset conference rooms
+ Remove leftover papers and clutter
+ Clean whiteboards
+ Visually check AV systems to confirm they are online
+ Organize tables and chairs
+ Occasional duties
+ Coordinate access for external contractors and service providers
+ Assist with routine facility inspections
+ Provide support during larger office events or meetings
+ Documentation
+ Take photos of pre-determined office areas for reporting and record-keeping
