    Our client, a leader in the chemical and physical testing industry, is seeking a Lab Tech Aide to join their team. As a Lab Tech Aide, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Department supporting research and process control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lab Tech Aide

    **Location:** Altavista, VA

     

    Pay Range: 17 to 19/ hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests on various materials, liquids, and gases

    + Perform qualitative analysis to ensure quality and compliance standards

    + Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for research or process control

    + Maintain accurate records of test results and procedures

    + Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school science coursework or college-level science courses

    + Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work effectively as part of a team

    + Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
