    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join their team. As a Clinical Data Manager, you will be part of the Clinical Operations supporting clinical trial data oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Clinical Data Manager

    **Location:** Maple Grove, MN

     

    Pay Range: $45/hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee 3-5 clinical trials from a data management perspective, ensuring data quality and integrity.

    + Design Case Report Forms (CRFs), review clinical data, and oversee data activities from trial initiation to closure.

    + Manage development, documentation, and execution of risk-based quality management systems aligned with study requirements.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify study-specific risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    + Conduct central monitoring activities and direct all data cleaning activities related to assigned studies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations or a healthcare-related field.

    + Knowledge of data collection best practices for clinical trials and global clinical operations.

    + Experience in project management, life sciences, or technical fields with a consultative approach.

    + Proficiency in identifying risks, evaluating impact, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
