Our client, a leading distribution center specializing in efficient logistics and warehousing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Cherry Picker/Reach Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Cherry Picker/Reach Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Cherry Picker/Reach Forklift Operator

**Location:** Covington, GA

**Pay Range:** $1

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday 8pm-6:30am

What's the Job?

+ Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload products.

+ Accurately process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing.

+ Build pallets by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders, ensuring proper stacking and stability.

+ Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper loading/unloading procedures to prevent damages.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with SOP and safety standards.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience.

+ Experience operating MHE including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, and Dock Stocker.

+ Ability to obtain Forklift Certification in accordance with company guidelines.

+ Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others.
