As we continue to expand our in-store return capabilities, we're seeking a dynamic leader to guide our product management team in developing next-generation solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping how millions of customers interact with our in-store return services, balancing exceptional customer experience with operational efficiency and quality control. Working alongside tech teams, store operations, UX designers, and operational partners, you'll drive the strategy and execution of products that make returns easier for customers while optimizing costs and maintaining Amazon's high quality standards. Your multi-year product roadmap will define how we scale our in-store return experience, ensuring we continue to deliver the convenience customers expect from Amazon while improving operational excellence and cost effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
