Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
**Location:** Portland, OR
**Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST (subject to change)
**Pay:** $17–$18 per hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)** who’s passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, business partners, and drivers—ensuring deliveries run smoothly and every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assist customers and partners via phone and email.
+ Handle inquiries and complaints calmly and professionally.
+ Diagnose and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
+ Monitor route progress and communicate updates.
+ Process order changes, cancellations, and dispatch details.
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify shipment information.
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
+ Bilingual in **English and Spanish** (verbal and written).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environment.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
