Calibration Technician – Covina, CA
**Pay Rate:** $25/hr
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Adecco is assisting a leading electronics company in Covina, CA, in hiring a **Calibration Technician** to join their team. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards by performing calibrations on low to medium complexity instruments and ensuring documentation accuracy in compliance with customer and ISO requirements.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform calibration services within expected timeframes, as assigned by lead techs or supervisors
+ Complete low to medium complexity calibrations (PD & GP measurement areas)
+ Accurately enter data into internal tracking databases
+ Create calibration data sheets efficiently based on instrument specifications and approved procedures
+ Complete documentation to support customer, ISO, and other quality requirements
+ Adhere to the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
+ Participate in daily scheduling and visual management meetings
+ Identify when alternative calibration methods are needed and apply acceptable solutions
+ Travel occasionally for training or customer calibration support
+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
Requirements:
+ 1–3 years of related calibration or technical experience
+ Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and internet-based applications
+ Ability to follow semi-routine tasks and apply critical thinking to non-standard situations
+ Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for use of company vehicle)

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
