Technology Services Senior Designer

Role Summary

As a Technology Services Senior Designer, you’ll help empower clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, protect global environments, and create a better, greener future.

In this role, you will:

+ Convert system design concepts into detailed layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.

+ Interpret basis-of-design documents, user input, consultant coordination, field surveys, and code research.

+ Lead ICT design efforts across healthcare, higher education, and scientific environments.

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-performance technology solutions.

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience designing Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems in a built environment, building technology, or electrical consulting firm.

+ Proven experience leading ICT design projects.

+ Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

+ Knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, and options.

Preferred Skills

+ Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.

+ RCDD certification (supported but not required).

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent organization and time management abilities.

+ Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive both independently and within team environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $72.12/hr.
