In addition, work in a diverse, collaborative environment that values respect, integrity, and teamwork.** *What You'll Do:* Responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures. – under minimal to no supervision. *Key Responsibilities:* · Manage IT assets, supporting the entire lifecycle of IT assets and software, including selection, operation, refresh, migration, optimization, and disposal. · Ensure all asset management activities comply with regulations, internal policies, and procedures. · Ensure all software, contracts, and licensing follow Crowley’s process and provide best practices to consolidate and optimize cost savings. · Maintain and update key ITAM data structures, such as entitlements, deployments, catalogs, and financial allocations Ensure software entitlements, ensure accurate data normalization, and optimize software usage Consider the organization's risk appetite and culture in day-to-day activities and decisions. · Establishes relationships among key stakeholders and acts as a liaison during the design, management and implementation of process changes. · Partners with functional and strategic areas to establish and maintain a unified approach to implementing change. · Leads large scale, complex projects and oversees less complex projects, under supervision. · Establishes and maintains partnerships internal/external of the organization to maintain a unified approach to software development and assists in facilitating the resolution of software and business information system issues. · Provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced software developers. *Education & Credentials:* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field; or certification in ITAM plus equivalent years of experience. *Experience:* 5 years of experience as a business partner developing and delivering solutions.
