Adecco is assisting a local client in Keeseville, NY with hiring a **Production Technician Associate** . This is a full-time opportunity on a steady afternoon shift, Monday - Friday, 12PM - 8:30PM. If you have previous manufacturing or production experience and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you!
$200 Sign-On Bonus
The **Production Technician Associate** will report directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations and ensure smooth equipment functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor equipment performance and make necessary setup adjustments, calibrations, and alignments
+ Track and log production equipment data and performance metrics
+ Identify and report inconsistencies, and follow standard repair procedures as needed
+ Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and operational procedures
+ Assist with other duties as assigned to support the production team
Skills and Experience:
+ Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Comfortable following a production report and working with minimal supervision
+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
