    Job Title: Product Assembler

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Product Assembler working on a new product line. You will engage in a dynamic assembly process across six stations, with each station handling 2-3 assembly steps. Your role will involve putting pieces together and securing them with a drill or torque wrench. The final station is dedicated to testing completed assemblies. After passing the test, you will package and palletize the finished product. The heaviest item you'll handle weighs 20lbs.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble product components according to the assembly process.

    + Utilize a drill or torque wrench for securing components.

    + Conduct go/no-go tests at the final testing station.

    + Package and palletize completed products.

    + Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all stages of assembly.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in assembly for at least 1 year.

    + Proficiency in using a drill or torque wrench with at least 1 year of experience.

    + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

    + Proficiency in navigating an iPad.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with assembly, electrical work, blueprints, schematics, wiring, crimping, soldering, and electrical assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm in an extremely clean and well-lit facility. The environment is climate-controlled, and employees are required to wear jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt (no obscene graphics).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
