Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, including a variety of equipment such as plasma tables, bandsaws, and accupress machines. You will need to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and use both hand and power tools effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Operate CNC machinery and a range of equipment including plasma tables, bandsaws, and accupress machines.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
+ Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
+ Work in various departments and collaborate with different teams.
+ Demonstrate aptitude for learning new equipment if not previously trained, such as plasma tables and bridgeports.
+ Ensure safe operation of fork trucks.
+ Perform mig welding as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in CNC machine operation, particularly with CNC Bridgeport.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools and taking measurements.
+ Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with CNC Machine Operations.
+ Familiarity with Press Brake and Plasma Table operations.
+ Safe driving practices for fork trucks.
