Job Title: Cleaner – Warehouse Facility

About the Role

**We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to keep our warehouse floors and facility spotless and safe** . If you take pride in creating clean, organized spaces and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

+ Maintain a clean and professional warehouse environment using top-quality cleaning supplies and equipment.

+ Sweep, scrub, mop, and wax warehouse floors to ensure safety and cleanliness.

+ Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

+ Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling.

+ Clean and maintain custodial equipment as needed.

What We’re Looking For

+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 2+ years of custodial or janitorial experience.

+ Skills in sanitizing and maintaining cleanliness.

Work Environment

+ Fast-paced, hands-on role in a **construction-related pre-fabrication warehouse** .

+ Safety gear required: steel toe boots, safety glasses, long pants, and a t-shirt.

+ Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; occasional Fridays, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
