    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment to ensure a seamless production schedule. This role also involves ensuring the proper and efficient operation of the building, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other support systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure proper and efficient operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and chemical handling.

    + Develop preventive maintenance schedules and procure necessary supplies and parts with authorization.

    + Communicate and contract with suppliers and service companies for tasks beyond in-house capabilities, with final approval for contracts required.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance procedures, manuals, contracts, and related documentation.

    + Control issuance of keys and maintain a key locker.

    + Maintain logs for maintenance of equipment and building support systems.

    + Organize and operate the maintenance department efficiently.

    + Be available for parts and supplies pick-up as needed.

    + Perform snow removal and salting of exterior areas to ensure safety.

    + Support customers, manufacturing processes, and the Quality System by following procedures and completing all related documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in electrical systems and troubleshooting.

    + Experience as a maintenance technician.

    + Associates degree or equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical maintenance.

    + Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions.

    + Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.

    + 5-15 years of experience in machine and facility maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in related fields of maintenance.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to operate the maintenance department efficiently.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $80000.00/yr.
