    Job Title: Shipping Coordinator – Manufacturing Support

    **Location:** Fremont, CA

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (frequent overtime and weekend availability required)

    **Compensation:** $20-$25/hr

    Overview:

    **We’re looking for a skilled Shipping Coordinator** to join our manufacturing support team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the fundamentals of shipping logistics but also sees the bigger picture—why things are done a certain way and how to improve them.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

    + Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to manage shipments and resolve issues.

    + Apply knowledge of **HTS codes** for international shipping and customs compliance.

    + Follow established procedures while thinking critically about process improvements.

    + Support manufacturing operations, especially in capital equipment environments.

    + Maintain accurate records and workflows in **NetSuite** (preferred).

    + Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator, ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

    + Familiarity with **HTS codes** and international shipping documentation.

    + Experience with **NetSuite** or similar ERP systems.

    + Background in capital equipment manufacturing is a strong plus.

    + Experience with companies like **Lam Research** , **Applied Materials** , or similar is highly desirable.

    + Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
