Job Title: General Labor and Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a General Labor and Production Worker. This role involves handling general labor and physical duties, including loading bands from wood pulp into bins and performing various tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

+ Handle general labor and production duties.

+ Load bands from wood pulp into bins.

+ Perform material handling, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.

+ Operate forklift for production and picking tasks.

+ Engage in general warehouse and production activities.

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a warehouse worker handling general labor and production duties.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Proficiency in material handling, forklift operation, and production tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic warehouse setting, requiring jeans and steel-toed boots, along with shirts or sweatshirts without graffiti. Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, from hot summers to cold winters. You will be essential in supporting Maryland and its highways, especially during inclement weather when supplying salt is crucial. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with some overtime available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
