Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead our facility's maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment is maintained efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime while maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities
+ Support the preventative maintenance program at the local facility.
+ Coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices.
+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support to facility maintenance personnel.
+ Maintain and monitor the PDM system, including troubleshooting issues, software updates, and hardware installations.
+ Provide equipment analysis and recommend actions for efficient and cost-effective machine operation.
+ Execute CAPEX projects and initiatives within approved budgets and timelines.
+ Direct and support maintenance employees in installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
+ Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed.
+ Manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Monitor machine downtime.
+ Train and develop maintenance personnel.

+ Experience in process development with a record of operational success
+ Ability to develop and manage project plans with a budget
+ Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation strongly preferred
+ Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural production, or distribution facility
+ Experience in a high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environment
+ Safety program management experience
+ Willingness to work flexible schedules/hours

Work Environment
The position operates within a non-climate controlled facility and oversees 12 technicians across all 3 shifts. The role requires computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with federal and state laws regarding wage and hour, employee relations, and safety. The work schedule demands flexibility and the ability to effectively handle high-volume operational requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
