Job Title: Sand Blasting Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sand Blasting Operator. The ideal candidate will operate a sand blasting machine to clean parts, managing tasks both independently and efficiently. Flexibility is crucial as you may be required to assist in the lab during slower periods.
Responsibilities
+ Operate sand blasting machine to clean parts.
+ Transport shields from machines to designated room for sand blasting.
+ Assist in the lab as needed.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
+ Adhere to work instructions and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production line or manufacturing environment.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Ability to lift 20lbs.
+ Organization skills to work independently.
+ Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6+ months of production/manufacturing experience.
+ Machine operating experience is preferred, but not required.

Work Environment
Work independently in a designated room using a sand blasting machine for up to half the shift. Be prepared for a dusty and potentially messy environment, as sand may get on you during operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
