**Location:** Climate-Controlled Facility

Shifts Available:

+ **1st Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM _(Training on 1st shift for first 2 weeks)_

**Join a leading company launching a new product line for data center server fans!** We're looking for motivated individuals ready to grow their careers in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

•** **What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble fans and components for high-performance data center servers

+ Operate power tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices

+ Troubleshoot and resolve routine assembly issues

+ Work in varied environments—including high places and confined areas

+ Follow safety protocols and general work rules

+ Be flexible to work overtime when needed

•** **What You Bring:

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Willingness to learn and grow

Bonus Skills:

+ Previous assembly experience

+ Electrical knowledge

+ Experience in manufacturing or production environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
