    Job Title: General Production Worker, $18.50

    Job Description

    Join a dedicated team in the manufacturing of Rotary and Flat Dies, essential tools for the corrugating industry. Think of these Dies as large cookie cutters that shape cardboard for major companies. This role involves preparing dies after etching, using hand and power tools, and contributing to various departments as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare rotary dies using hand and power tools for further processing.

    + Assist in bolting dies onto fixtures to ensure stability for rule addition.

    + Collaborate with team members on die preparation and department support.

    + Engage in team lifts when moving dies.

    + Operate machinery as required in die production.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and use of hand and power tools.

    + Experience with machine operation.

    + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

    + Ability to lift between 50-80lbs.

    + Skill in following both written and visual instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED preferred.

    + Comfort with computer use.

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English.

    + Experience in construction, woodworking, or assembly is beneficial.

    + Friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn are valued.

    + Previous teamwork experience is advantageous.

    Work Environment

Operate in a manufacturing setting wearing standard attire such as jeans, a t-shirt or sweatshirt, and closed-toe shoes. The role is on the second shift, from 1pm to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Lake Park, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
