Second shift: 2PM-1030PM

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Distribution Associates to join our fast-growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipment of products to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Accurately process and audit customer orders.

+ Customize products to meet specific customer requirements.

+ Efficiently pack items for shipment.

+ Ensure prompt shipment to designated customer locations.

+ Inspect products to verify they meet quality and specification standards.

+ Collect, sort, and compact cardboard and other packaging waste.

+ Count and sort parts with precision.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inventory management systems.

+ Proficiency in packing, picking, and shipping processes.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

+ Familiarity with receiving, labeling, and counting inventory.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
