    Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator responsible for managing inventories across various departments. This role requires conducting periodic inventory counts, adjusting quantities and locations, and creating accurate inventory logs. The successful candidate will also be accountable for tracking parts usage, locating parts, and separating inventory by equipment manufacturer.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage assigned inventories for different departments.

    + Conduct periodic inventory counts and adjust quantities and locations.

    + Identify and track electrical and mechanical parts.

    + Create and maintain inventory logs with minimum and maximum quantities.

    + Separate inventory by equipment manufacturer.

    + Use a scan method for inventory management.

    + Report discrepancies and update records accordingly.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory control and management.

    + Experience with forklift operation and material handling.

    + Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

    + Competence in warehouse inventory management.

    + Ability to operate a tool crib effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to use a cart or bike for tool delivery as needed.

    + Experience with sit-down forklifts, specifically Gas or Electric Hyster brand.

    + Capability to maintain tool inventory for maintenance teams.

    + Willingness to learn WMS or CMS systems used by the company.

    Work Environment

     

    Work at a distribution center spanning over 3 million square feet. The position offers various shifts to accommodate different schedules, including Sun-Thu and Tues-Sat options with morning, evening, and night shifts.

    This is a Contract position based out of Moreno Valley, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
