    Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Processor to oversee and manage payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 300 employees. This long-term contract position requires expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and reconciliations, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for around 300 employees using ADP Vantage, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

    • Manage payroll schedules, including weekly payroll for 20 employees and biweekly payroll for the remaining staff.

    • Oversee and ensure proper deductions for employee benefits, such as 401(k) contributions.

    • Assist with state payroll setup and ensure compliance with state-specific reporting requirements.

    • Perform reconciliations and post payroll data accurately to the General Ledger.

    • Collaborate with the People team to address payroll-related inquiries and updates.

    • Support payroll reporting tasks and assist with accounts payable-related processes.

    • Manage invoices and timesheets for contractors and external vendors.

    • Ensure adherence to all payroll regulations and company policies while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements

    • Proficiency in using ADP Vantage for payroll processing is essential.

    • Familiarity with BambooHR is required, and experience with NetSuite is a plus.

    • Strong knowledge of domestic payroll processes, including compliance and multi-state payroll.

    • Experience in accounting, with expertise in General Ledger postings and reconciliations.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage payroll for over 500 employees.

    • Ability to work remotely during Pacific Time hours while maintaining productivity.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.

    • Employment is contingent upon meeting all pre-employment requirements.
