    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and contribute to the company’s overall financial success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities

    + Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records

    + Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing

    + Support financial reporting and assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

    + Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

    + Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes

    + Support internal and external audit requests

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + 2+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate environment preferred)

    + Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
