Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external facility maintenance needs. This role involves performing general maintenance on air compressors, HVAC systems, fans, belts, and cranes.
Responsibilities
+ Perform general maintenance on air compressors, HVAC systems, fans, belts, and cranes.
+ Utilize different types of hand tools and power tools as needed.
+ Monitor all building equipment for preventative and general maintenance.
+ Conduct basic building maintenance including lawn maintenance, snow plowing/shoveling, septic repair, and other exterior needs.
+ Document all maintenance activities into the company database.
+ Lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of building or facilities maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency with hand tools.
+ Ability to navigate a computer.
+ Capacity to lift up to 70 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance.
