As a Program Manager for our Vertical Design and Construction Department, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering complex building programs that shape the future. This is an opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-value projects, and drive excellence from concept through completion.

    What You’ll Do

    * Provide leadership and oversight for multiple vertical design and construction projects under a unified program.

    * Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

    * Manage all phases of project development—programming, design, construction, and closeout—ensuring alignment with program objectives.

    * Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and contract compliance across all assignments.

    * Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects of record, general contractors, and key stakeholders.

    * Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.

    * Foster collaborative communication and team-building to achieve project success.

    * Support business development initiatives and contribute to program growth.

    * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

    * Extensive professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

    * 20+ years of experience in Project Construction Management

    * 10+ years managing large programs with construction values exceeding $100 million

    * Proven experience in general contractor facilitation, owner-contractor closeout, and final accounting.

    * Strong working knowledge of:

    * Design and construction processes

    * Building systems/components and technology

    * Contract management and project delivery methods

    * Environmental and LEED applications

    * Team leadership and client relationship building

    * Willing to work 100% onsite in Davie, Florida

    Ideally, You’ll Also Have

    * 30+ years of experience in project construction management and design

    * Experience with vertical construction projects for academic institutions, healthcare facilities, and community infrastructure.

    * Project Controls expertise.

    * Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license.
