    JOB TITLE: Equipment Coordinator

     

    JOB LOCATION:Spanish Fork, UT

     

    STATUS:Full-Time, Hourly

     

    REPORTING TO:Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

     

    FUNCTION:Assists the Equipment Team with managing Sunpro vehicles/equipment inventory.

    KEY ACTIVITIES:

    + Visualizes, fulfills, and implements the company vision and core values.

    + Assists with registration and renewals of all vehicles.

    + Monitors work orders, inspections, and mileage/hours of all vehicles while working with Location Managers and driver supervisors to ensure maintenance process is implemented.

    + Manages all vehicles fuel cards, transactions, monthly fuel reports, and employee fuel pins.

    + Performs inventory control processes.

    + Coordinates, prioritizes repairs, and recommends equipment for retirement.

    + Assists in the process of acquisition and disposal of equipment.

    + Helps in the development of systems to improve the company utilization of resources.

    + Record keeping of maintenance paperwork, inspections, recalls, and registration.

    + Assisting supervisor with puchase orders.

    + Helps shuttle vehicles around to paing, get accessories installed, etc.

    + Performs any other duties as assigned by the company officers or supervisor.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.

    + Strong computer proficiency working with computer systems to organize data.

    + Working knowledge of Vista, Comdata, and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + Professionalism working as part of a team and following operational procedures.

    + Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations.

    + Understand GVW's, and state regulations regarding height and weight maximums.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    + Previous experience working in an equipment department.

    + 1+ years of experience working in an office setting.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    + Mostly sedentary work: extended periods of sitting.

    + Regular bending, kneeling, standing, walking, or lifting.

    + Able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.

    + Visit other facilities occasionally.
