Position Summary: Responsible for and performs clerical functions of the diet office.
Qualifications & Education Required:
No experience necessary. Prior food service and computer background helpful.

Position Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for inputting resident menus into menu system using excel and meal ticket system.
+ Responsible for daily printing of meal tickets and cutting/sorting of them.
+ Responsible for completing select menus with residents daily.
+ Responsible for assisting dietitians in clerical needs.
+ Responsible for answering phones and directing to kitchen or dietitians if needed.
