• Process Automation Analyst

    Description

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Designs and develops given automation processes.

    + Creates necessary documentation related to the automation processes.

    + Maintains and supports existing automation processes.

    + Communicates and collaborates with business users and the leadership point person for approval prior to deploying the process to production.

    + Identifies and recommends automation processes for corporate financial and resource efficiency.

    Knowledge and Requirements

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.

    + Experience designing and developing automated business processes.

    + Understanding of business workflows with the ability to translate these skills into technical requirements.

    + Ability to learn multiple pieces of software and understands how the software works.

    + Ability to analyze and clearly document business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios.

    + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    + Software Certification preferred.
