    Description

    -Someone who will own the process on the imaging of work stations

     

    -When there is a critical issue, being able to escalate

     

    -Main point of contact, triage, front door for a lot of the incidents coming in

     

    -Lead will manage the day to day processes for Tier 1 and hardware asset management portion, keeping stock room in order

     

    -There will be a rotation of the Help desk and Asset Manager going to different sites

     

    -Locally there are about 20 sites within a couple hours of the office

     

    -IT Manager and asset lead will develop plan for rotation

     

    -1 day remote

     

    -They have EasyVista for an ITSM, if they have worked with an ITSM that is preferred

     

    -These role will be more operational focused
